Abstract: This box is designed to record videos of worms individually placed in a 96-well plate. The camera is placed on the same support as the box, lens pointing upward. The plate is placed on top of the box, covered with a white fabric to scatter the light of a LED panel placed on top of the plate. Recorded videos can be analyzed with the Single Worm Analysis of Movement Pipeline (SWAMP) to quantify the movement of the worms. This archive contains two versions of the same engineering drawing: the original FreeCAD design and a PDF export of the drawing.
