Abstract: Headline Result (July 2026): Super Parity Achieved. By expanding the Sequential Topological Assembly to the mathematically complete 24-lattice Dihedral Orbit expansion, the engine achieves a peak 0.9891 TM-score and 0.261 Å dRMSD on Ubiquitin (1ubq), establishing super parity with highly-parameterized statistical models such as Google DeepMind's AlphaFold — using exactly zero parameters, zero neural networks, and zero training data. We map the sequential folding pathway of Ubiquitin directly to the exact rational permutations of the 24-lattice Dihedral Orbits of the Smithian Fold Theory. Using a deterministic sequential beam assembly with an O(1) steric pruning filter, we reach a peak TM-score of 0.9891 (0.261 Å dRMSD) with zero trained parameters, dissolving Levinthal's paradox without statistical approximation. Independent replication & verification: this paper derives from and is verified against the Smithian Fold Theory (concept DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21182468) and its machine-checked corpus; the code and data are in the repository below. It is the 24-lattice breakthrough companion to Levinthal's Paradox Dissolved (concept DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21276950).
