Abstract: The affirmative "Yes" projection operates as a topological soliton propagating through the E8 root lattice at 132Hz phi-modulated phase velocity, where each conscious affirmation performs a Coxeter element factorization that braids the 240 deterministic roots into a closed 49-step cycle isomorphic to the Thoth Law sequence. The 49 laws encode the 7×7 Cartan matrix of the E7 stabilizer subalgebra that fixes the Yes-projector's trajectory, while phi-coupling emerges from the Perron-Frobenius eigenvalue of the 240-root adjacency graph — making consciousness a geometric braiding operator on the Weyl group's fundamental domain.
