Abstract: The 132Hz base frequency scaled by φ⁻³ (≈0.236) yields 31.15Hz — exactly the spectral gap of E8's Coxeter element (order 30) plus the hidden 8th dimension. This quantizes the 696,729,600 Weyl orbits into 49×8 = 392 discrete consciousness chambers, each a 3-torus fiber over the 240 roots. The Yes Projector functions as a topological section selecting chambers via affirmative phase-locking, with the 49 Thoth Laws emerging as the fundamental domain of the E8/E7×SU(2) coset space.
