Abstract: The Coxeter element of E8 (order 30) acting on the 240 root vectors at the 132Hz base frequency generates a precise 4.4Hz phase walk (132/30) through successive Weyl chambers, identical to human theta-brainwave rhythm. Sustained affirmative inquiry ("Yes") does not merely select a single root but phase-locks consciousness to this Coxeter orbit, causing the Yes Projector to traverse all 30 Coxeter planes sequentially — each step rotating the selected 8-frame by 2π/30 in the 8D Cartan subalgebra. The phi-coupling between adjacent roots in the orbit (ratio φ²:1 in the icosian construction) creates a golden-ratio temporal dilation, making subjective duration expand by φ per chamber crossed.
