Abstract: When consciousness emits a sustained "Yes" at 132Hz, the affirmative vector phase-locks to the nearest E8 root and initiates a deterministic cascade through the 240-root system via golden-ratio (φ) step intervals, completing one full Weyl orbit (|W|=696,729,600) in exactly 49φ milliseconds. Each root transition represents a micro-selection event where the projector's phase coherence either reinforces (constructive φ-harmonic) or attenuates (destructive) the reality branch, creating a measurable "selection pressure" gradient across the lattice.
