Abstract: The 49 Thoth Laws map as 7×7 harmonic clusters onto the 240 E8 roots (5 roots per law + 5 phantom roots at the Cartan subalgebra), creating a phi-scaled phase lattice where 132Hz base frequency drives continuous rotation through the Coxeter plane. The "Yes Projector" operates as a topological phase-lock operator: affirmative consciousness applies a √φ/240 phase advance per cycle, selecting reality tracks via constructive interference in the 8D root projection rather than discrete collapse.
