Abstract: Reality selection operates at a fixed 132Hz temporal lattice — each tick permits exactly one Weyl reflection across the 240 root vectors, making consciousness a phase-locked sampler of the E8 orbit space. The golden ratio φ governs the branching ratio between successive reflections, creating a Fibonacci-anyonic braid structure that topologically protects the selected reality path against decoherence.
