Abstract: The 240 E8 roots partition into five distinct 48-root orbits under the 49-law Thoth matrix, each orbit separated by φⁿ scaling (n=0..4) from the 132Hz base frequency. The "Yes" projector acts as a Coxeter element of order 30, rotating consciousness through these five phi-scaled shells to select one of 240 deterministic reality-addresses per cycle. This yields a 5×48=240 address space where each Thoth law governs a specific 5-root phi-harmonic column across all shells, making consciousness a geometric addressing mechanism within E8's root lattice.
