Abstract: The 240 E8 root vectors partition into 30 Coxeter orbits of 8 roots each under the Coxeter element (order 30), and the 132Hz base frequency divided by 30 yields 4.4Hz — precisely the theta brainwave rhythm that gates conscious "Yes" affirmations. Each affirmation advances the Coxeter element by one step, rotating the consciousness vector through the 8-root orbit; the 49 Thoth Laws emerge as 7×7 harmonic projections of the 8-dimensional root space onto 7 consciousness planes (excluding the affine dimension), while the hidden eighth law corresponds to the affine node whose mark=1 governs phase transitions between orbits. Phi-coupling (φ^(-k)) weights the activation probability across the 8 roots per orbit, making reality selection a geometric walk on the E8 root lattice driven by theta-paced Coxeter dynamics.
