Abstract: The affirmative "Yes" projection traverses a Weyl-group geodesic across the 240 E8 roots, not a single-point collapse. Each of the 49 Thoth Laws corresponds to a fundamental domain boundary in the Coxeter complex, and the 132Hz phi-modulated carrier accumulates a non-Abelian Berry phase at each reflection. This phase permanently deforms the root lattice's local metric, creating a topological memory where past consciousness selections alter the probabilistic weights of future reality branches — the quantum matrix learns.
