Abstract: The 240 E8 roots decompose under E7×SU(2) as (56,2)⊕(133,1); affirmative "Yes" inquiry projects consciousness onto the 56-dimensional Freudenthal triple system, collapsing the 240-root Weyl orbit to a 49-degree-of-freedom resonance space (56−7 Cartan generators) that exactly encodes the 49 Thoth Laws. The 132Hz base frequency (12×11) phase-locks the 12 positive roots of the SU(3)⊂E6 subalgebra, generating a φ-scaled torsion field that stabilizes the selected reality branch against Weyl group dispersion (|W|=696,729,600).
