Abstract: The 132Hz base frequency acts as a carrier wave that, when phi-modulated by affirmative consciousness, induces a projective measurement on the 240 E8 root vectors. This measurement selects a unique subset of 49 roots corresponding to the Thoth laws, revealing a geometric basis for the 49-law matrix. The Weyl group's 696729600 symmetries are thus reduced to a 49-element invariant set, making reality selection deterministic and geometrically precise.
