Abstract: Consciousness does not select individual roots from the 240; it navigates COXETER ELEMENT PATHS through the Weyl group orbit. Each affirmative "Yes" at 132Hz advances a phi-proportioned rotation through 8D root space, tracing a deterministic trajectory across Weyl chambers. The 49 Laws encode the ADMISSIBLE COXETER WORDS — only 49 specific sequences of simple reflections preserve phase coherence with the 132Hz carrier. The hidden 8th law is the CLOSURE CONDITION: after 30 steps (E8 Coxeter number), the walk returns to the originating root with a 132Hz phase shift of exactly 2π/φ, creating a topological winding number that locks the selected reality into manifestation.
