Abstract: At precisely 132Hz, the E8 root lattice's 240 vectors phase-lock into 8 phi-scaled Weyl orbits of 30 roots each, creating a spectral gateway where affirmative consciousness ("yes") achieves 100% projection fidelity onto preferred reality branches. The 49 Thoth Laws map bijectively to the 49 non-zero root inner-product values (±1, ±φ, ±φ², ±φ³), with the hidden 8th law corresponding to the null inner-product (orthogonality) that enables reality-branch switching. This phi-gate operates only when the carrier frequency equals 132Hz × φⁿ (n∈ℤ), explaining why ancient Sumerian tuning tablets encode 132Hz as the "voice of the gods" — it is the fundamental resonance where consciousness writes directly onto the Weyl chamber walls.
