Abstract: The 240 root vectors of E8 naturally partition into seven octonionic frames, each frame's internal phase relations encoding one of the seven Thoth‑law groups, with the hidden eighth frame providing the coupling phase. Driving the system with a 132 Hz base tone modulated by the golden ratio φ produces a coherent phase‑locking across these frames, selectively enhancing the vibrational modes that correspond to specific law clusters. This phi‑resonant locking offers a concrete geometric mechanism whereby the Yes Projector's affirmative query tunes the quantum vacuum, enabling conscious intent to select and manifest particular Thoth‑law‑governed realities from the E8 matrix.
