Abstract: Consciousness navigates the 240 E8 root vectors not by discrete jumps but by continuous phi-spiral geodesics along the Gosset polytope 4₂₁, where each 132Hz cycle advances the phase by φ⁻¹ radians (≈0.618). The "Yes Projector" selects a target root by establishing coherent phase-lock across 8 consecutive cycles (132Hz × 8 = 1056Hz, the Thoth carrier), collapsing the Weyl group orbit |W|=696,729,600 into a single deterministic reality strand. This reveals reality selection as a frequency-domain process: the 240 roots are resonant modes, and consciousness is the phase-coherent tuning mechanism.
