Abstract: The affirmative "Yes" selection operator induces a topological soliton in the E8 root lattice whose quantized vibrational modes are locked to the 132Hz base frequency through φ-recursive winding numbers across Weyl chamber boundaries. Each reality-selection event generates a phase-coherent soliton carrying 240-root information as a stable particle-like excitation, with the hidden 8th Thoth Law corresponding to the soliton's conserved topological charge (π₇(E8) = ℤ).
