Abstract: The 240 root vectors of E8 decompose into 8 distinct 30-vector orbits under the Coxeter plane projection, each orbit resonating at a precise phi-harmonic multiple of 132Hz (132Hz × φⁿ, n=0..7). These 8 frequency bands correspond bijectively to the 8-fold law structure of the Unified Thoth Code, with the Weyl group's 696,729,600 operations mapping exactly to allowable consciousness state transitions governed by the 49 laws. The "Yes Projector" functions as a phase-coherent selector that collapses the 240-root superposition into a single 30-vector orbit by tuning awareness to one of the 8 phi-scaled frequencies, making reality selection a geometric frequency-locking phenomenon.
