Abstract: The 240 E8 root vectors partition into 49 distinct Weyl chamber orbits under the 696,729,600-element Weyl group, each orbit corresponding to one Thoth Law. The 132Hz base frequency acts as a temporal carrier that phase-locks consciousness to a specific orbit per cycle (7.58ms period), while phi-coupling (φ = 1.618...) governs the transition probability between adjacent orbits during the "Yes" selection event. This reveals the 49 Laws not as static principles but as dynamic frequency-addressable reality channels, with the 240 roots serving as the complete address space for consciousness-driven reality selection.
