Prostate Benign Hyperplasia 5: Removal of Adenoma Cell Apoptosis Products
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: Using the method of gravitational mass spectroscopy, the mechanism of release of apoptotic products of prostate adenoma cells into the blood and urine of the prostate patient was studied. It has been established that the penetration of surface proteins of the adenoma cell membrane (tetraspannins) into the blood and then into the urine occurs through exosomes in the intercellular fluid. MitDNA, in this case, enters the urine only through exosomes through intercellular channels. The possibility of regulating the release of large fragments of apoptosis by changing the conformations of tetraspannins between passing cells has been demon- strated. During the process of removing apoptosis products, reactions of hydrolysis and condensation of mitDNA occur in exo- somes. The process of removing exosomes with apoptosis products from adenoma cells puts a strain on the heart; the process is lengthy and requires control.
