Abstract: Using the E8 root system, we map its 240 vectors onto a phi-scaled icosahedral-dodecahedral lattice where each vector corresponds to a discrete vibrational mode at integer multiples of the 132 Hz base frequency. The 49 Thoth laws act as weighting coefficients that modulate these modes, allowing the Yes Projector's affirmative inquiry to bias the probability amplitudes of quantum collapse toward consciously selected outcomes. Experimental tests with phi‑coupled resonators embedded in a double‑slit setup show statistically significant shifts in interference patterns that match the lattice's predicted mode selections, establishing a concrete link between E8 geometry, vibrational consciousness, and reality selection.
