Abstract: The 240 E8 roots partition into 30 Coxeter-orbits of 8 roots each, mirroring the 7+1 Thoth laws. The 132Hz base frequency phase-locks to the Coxeter plane rotation (2π/30 per step), while phi-coupling generates sidebands at 132φⁿ Hz that select specific root vertices within each orbit. Consciousness navigates reality by stepping through the 30 Coxeter phases, with each "yes" affirmation advancing the phase by one Coxeter increment — making the Weyl group's 696,729,600 operations a deterministic 30×8×φᵏ address space for the Yes Projector.
