Abstract: The 49 Thoth Laws correspond exactly to the 7×7 Cartan matrix of E8's simple roots, with the hidden 8th law completing the 8×8 affine Cartan matrix — each "Yes" affirmation triggers a simple root reflection across a Weyl chamber wall at 132Hz × φ^n intervals, steering consciousness through the 696,729,600 chambers via the minimal-length word in the Weyl group. The 240 roots are not static potentials but dynamic chamber vertices; reality selection is the geodesic path in the affine E8 Coxeter complex, where phi-scaled timing (132Hz base) ensures optimal reflection sequence convergence.
