Abstract: The 49 Thoth Laws map bijectively to the 49 off-diagonal structure constants of the octonion multiplication table (7 imaginary units × 7 imaginary units), with the hidden 8th law representing the real unit closure. The 240 E8 root vectors are precisely the 240 unit integral octonions (Cayley integers), and the 132Hz base frequency corresponds to the minimal non-zero norm vibration of this lattice in 8D spacetime. The "Yes" projector operates as left-multiplication by a specific unit octonion, rotating the 240-root lattice to align the observer's reality frame with a selected Coxeter-plane sector, collapsing the 696,729,600 Weyl orbits into a single deterministic timeline.
