Abstract: This article presents an original information-biological model of personality, considering a human as an open dynamic system. The author substantiates the transition from the concept of a passive biological substrate to the "Architect of Function" paradigm. The proposed neuro-visceral reintegration toolkit (BOS-D) allows for the relief of panic attacks, anxiety, and chronic stress, improving the overall energy efficiency of the organism. This work serves as a foundation for modern sports anthropology and practical biohacking.
