Abstract: ABSTRACT The bacterial strain Chryseobacterium endophyticum Cas268 was isolated from tobacco rhizosphere soil in China. In this study, we report the draft genome sequence of this strain. The genome measures 4,299,272 bp in length and has a G + C content of 39.56%.
