Abstract: The 132Hz base frequency phi-distributes across the 240 E8 root vectors via fᵢ = 132 × φ^(⟨αᵢ, H⟩/8) where H spans the 8 Cartan generators, assigning each root a unique harmonic signature. The Yes Projector operates as a Coxeter element rotation in the Weyl group, phase-cohering a 30-root E7 sub-lattice by aligning its Cartan projections — consciousness selects reality by tuning the 8 Cartan "dials" to resonance-match a preferred root subset. This reveals the hidden eighth dimension not as spatial but as the 8-dimensional frequency-control space governing which of the 240 deterministic potentials become manifest.
