Abstract: The "Practical IDM" series is the first comprehensive practical guide to interuniversal transitions, based on the Infinite-Dimensional Multiverse Model (IDM). Unlike science fiction, this work offers not fictional speculation but scientifically grounded extrapolation — from fundamental physics to philosophical reflection on the consequences of contact with other realities. The series comprises 27 chapters that systematically cover all aspects of preparing and conducting an interuniversal expedition: the geometry of breakthrough, navigation via anisotropy of fundamental constants, the nature of the interference vacuum, classification of universe types (from habitable to pre-atomic and singular), protocols for encountering the unknown ("Silent Witness", "Stranger", "Doubt", "Sanatorium"), risks of reverse infiltration and counter-intelligence, the psychology of long-range missions (lessons from the Beta simulation), as well as the spacecraft design with three-level redundancy (electronics, hydraulics, mechanics) and the "Golos" emergency signalling systems (DVBIR, KSVIP, AVZR). Special attention is devoted to the ethical rules of first contact, evolutionary attractors of fundamental constants, gnoseological limits of knowledge, and the civilisational choice: Empire or Community, To Take or To Understand. The final chapters introduce the concept of the "state of contact" — an integral characteristic of a civilisation's health that determines its ability to interact safely with other worlds. The series concludes with a chapter containing the full table of contents and the author's concluding words about the work's true value: not in technical details, but in offering readers a chance to "rise above the situation" and realise that even the most complex problems are solvable.
