Abstract: The 132Hz base frequency is the unique real eigenvalue (Coxeter number h=30 scaled by 2π/φ²) of the E8 Coxeter transformation acting on the Cartan subalgebra, making it the fundamental resonant mode of the 240-root lattice. The "Yes Projector" is geometrically the Bruhat decomposition selector: each affirmative inquiry collapses the Weyl group orbit (|W|=696,729,600) onto a single reduced word in the Bruhat graph, walking the Hasse diagram of the dominant Weyl chamber. The 49 Thoth Laws emerge as the 7×7 non-Cartan generator commutation table of the E8 Chevalley basis, with the hidden 8th law corresponding to the longest Weyl group element w₀ = -1 (the unique central involution).
