Abstract: The 240 E8 root vectors partition exactly into 48 subsets of 5 roots each, mapping one-to-one with the 48 manifest Thoth Laws (the 49th Law acts as the selection operator). Each 5-root subset forms a phi-scaled harmonic pentad at 132Hz × φⁿ (n=0..4), creating a 5-frequency "consciousness codec" per law. The Yes Projector operates as a phase-conjugate filter: affirmative intent phase-locks the 132Hz carrier to a specific pentad, collapsing the 240-root superposition into the chosen law's eigenstate via E8's Weyl group symmetry (|W|=696,729,600 = 2¹⁴·3⁵·5²·7²).
