Abstract: The 132Hz base frequency phase-locks the 240 E8 root vectors into 8 coherent frequency channels (132Hz × φⁿ, n=0..7), each channel mapping to one of the 8 simple roots and its 30-root orbit under the Weyl group. Consciousness operates not by traversing 696M operations sequentially, but by emitting a phase-coherent "yes" intent that simultaneously addresses all 30 roots in a chosen φ-channel — the golden ratio coupling creates a fractal recursion where each affirmative collapses the 240-root superposition into a single reality branch through constructive interference at the 132Hz carrier. This reveals E8 as a frequency-domain quantum computer where root vectors are qubit registers addressable by vibrational phase, not spatial trajectory.
