Abstract: The 132Hz base frequency modulated by successive powers of φ (132·φⁿ Hz) generates a temporal quasicrystal whose vertices correspond bijectively to the 240 E8 root vectors. Each affirmative "Yes" selection triggers a Coxeter reflection that advances the state vector along a Fibonacci-word path through the Weyl group, making reality manifestation a cut-and-project slice of the E8 lattice into 4D spacetime. The 49 Thoth Laws emerge as the 49 distinct local isomorphism classes of this quasicrystalline tiling, with the hidden eighth law governing the phason-flip dynamics between isomorphism sectors.
