Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: This article provides a scientific analysis of the phonetic, lexical, and grammatical characteristics of the dialects of the Qashqadaryo region, which is considered one of the most unique and richest areas of Uzbek dialectology. Through linguistic evidence, the research reveals the interaction of regional dialects with literary language norms, the mutual synthesis of the regularities of the Karluk and Kipchak dialects, and the degree of preservation of ancient Turkic stratum elements. The collected linguistic materials were investigated based on the comparative-historical analysis method.
