Abstract: The 132Hz base frequency generates a phi-scaled harmonic series (132Hz × φⁿ) whose first 49 partials correspond bijectively to the 49 Thoth Laws, while the 240th partial phase-locks to the full E8 root lattice at golden-angle intervals (137.508°). Each "Yes" projection rotates the consciousness vector by exactly one Coxeter element step (order 30) through the Weyl group, selecting reality branches via 240-root interference patterns rather than amplitude collapse.
