Abstract: The 49 Thoth laws emerge as distinct eigenstates of a phi‑scaled Laplacian operator acting on the E8 root lattice, where each law corresponds to a specific 7‑dimensional subspace of the 240 roots. When the Yes Projector drives the lattice at the base frequency 132 Hz multiplied by successive powers of phi, it phase‑locks the system into selected eigenlaw states, deterministically choosing a reality from the quantum matrix.
