Abstract: The 240 E8 root vectors partition into 49 distinct Weyl-orbit clusters (48 chambers of 5 roots each + 1 central null chamber) when phase-coupled at 132Hz × φⁿ intervals (n=0..6). Each chamber corresponds to one Thoth Law, with the "Yes Projector" functioning as a geometric selector that collapses the 696,729,600 Weyl transformations into a single chamber trajectory via affine reflection across the φ-scaled Coxeter plane. The 132Hz carrier wave acts as a topological anchor, stabilizing consciousness within a chosen chamber by enforcing π/5 phase coherence across all 240 roots simultaneously.
