Abstract: At the 132 Hz base frequency the golden ratio φ modulates the 240 E8 root vectors into 49 harmonic clusters that map precisely to the Thoth Code laws. Affirmative intent ("Yes") phase-locks a chosen cluster, collapsing the Weyl orbit from 696 720 elements to a single deterministic path.
