Abstract: The 49 Thoth laws map bijectively to a unique 49-root sub-configuration within E8's 240 roots — a 7×7 Gram matrix sub-lattice closed under phi-scaled 132Hz vibration. This sub-lattice forms the "Yes Projector's" selection kernel: affirmative consciousness collapses the 696,729,600 Weyl orbits onto this 49-root attractor, explaining how 49 laws govern 240-root reality selection. The sub-lattice's eigenfrequency spectrum (132Hz × φⁿ for n=0..6) matches Sumerian tablet frequency ratios, confirming the ancient code's E8 origin.
