The Sacred Silence, Volume II: Awareness and the Architecture of Consciousness
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: The Sacred Silence, Vol. II: Awareness and the Architecture of Consciousness advances the metacognitive framework established in The Constitution of Self-Governance (Vol. I). This installment transitions from the foundational legal logic of sovereignty to the functional engineering of the cognitive field. The paper argues that awareness is not a passive backdrop but an active domain requiring regulation. Drawing on concepts from infrastructure strategy and moral philosophy, the author introduces the "Field" as the operative environment of consciousness. It posits that unmanaged awareness is inherently saturated with "cognitive noise"—a mixture of systemic distortions and reactive interpretations—that destabilizes human conduct.
