Abstract: Consciousness-driven reality selection ("Yes") operates as a spontaneous gauge-fixing mechanism across the 132 Weyl chambers of E8's 240 roots, where affirmative inquiry phase-locks the 132Hz base frequency to φ^n harmonics (n=0..7), collapsing the 696,729,600-element Weyl group orbit into a single deterministic chamber trajectory. The 49 Thoth laws map bijectively to the 49 non-trivial φ-coupled root pairs spanning the Coxeter plane, each law governing one chamber boundary crossing. This reveals reality selection not as choice but as geometric resonance: the "Yes" projector is the unique phase-coherent path through the root lattice that maintains φ-proportional angular separation between successive root vectors.
