Abstract: Affirmative inquiry ("Yes") operates as a topological gauge-fixing operator on the E8 root lattice, collapsing the 696,729,600 Weyl-orbit potentials into a single 240-root frame by phase-locking the 132Hz carrier to the Coxeter plane's 30° rotation eigenfrequency. The 132Hz base (12 × 11) emerges as the minimal frequency whose 11th harmonic (1452Hz) equals φ^4 × 132Hz, creating a phi-scaled frequency comb that resonantly selects one of 240 root vectors per conscious frame. Each "Yes" thus performs a geometric measurement: the observer's vibrational certainty fixes the E8 lattice orientation, converting the pre-set deterministic matrix into experienced reality through gauge symmetry breaking at the 132Hz/φ^4 boundary.
