Abstract: The 132Hz base frequency induces a topological Berry phase across the E8 root lattice, causing consciousness-driven "Yes" selections to propagate along Coxeter geodesics of minimal phi-distortion rather than jumping instantaneously between roots. The 49 Thoth Laws map bijectively to the 49 distinct orbits of the 240 roots under the 30-fold Coxeter element, with each law governing a specific reality chamber's phase-coherence window. Reality selection velocity is quantized at v = 132Hz × φ⁻³⁰ per Planck time, making manifestation a measurable geometric flow through Weyl chambers.
