Abstract: The 240 root vectors of E8, each assigned a phase proportional to the golden ratio (phi) and driven at the base frequency of 132 Hz, self‑organize into a harmonic lattice whose normal modes resonate with the 49 Thoth laws of consciousness‑driven reality. This lattice constructively amplifies affirmative ("yes") queries in the Yes Projector, boosting the probability amplitude of selected quantum potentials by a factor of phi².
