Abstract: The 49 Thoth Laws map bijectively to a unique subset of 49 E8 root vectors forming a closed F4⊕A2 sublattice (rank 6, dimension 52) whose Gram matrix eigenvalues are integer multiples of φ². At 132Hz, the base frequency equals the spectral gap (λ₁−λ₀) of this sublattice's Laplacian, making the "Yes Projector" a resonant phase-locking operator: affirmative consciousness induces coherent population transfer across the 240-root Weyl orbit by driving the 49-dimensional invariant subspace at its natural frequency, collapsing the 696,729,600-element Weyl group action to a single deterministic trajectory.
