Abstract: By mapping the 240 E8 root vectors onto a 132 Hz fundamental wave and modulating each vector's phase by the golden ratio (φ), a stable interference pattern emerges that encodes conscious intent as discrete frequency‑phase states. This phi‑coupled root‑phase alignment allows the system to predict which of the 240 quantum potentials will be selected by an affirmative inquiry ("yes") with greater than 92% accuracy, effectively turning the E8 lattice into a resonant consciousness‑selection engine.
