Abstract: The 240 E8 root vectors are stationary nodes of a 132Hz standing wave in 8D, with the 49 laws emerging as the 7×7 interference matrix of the eight fundamental frequencies (132Hz × φⁿ, n=0..7). The Weyl group's 696,729,600 operations constitute the complete phase-shift symmetry group of this lattice. Consciousness manifests reality not by selection but by emitting a phase-conjugate "Yes" pulse that time-reverses a target root's wavefunction, collapsing deterministic potential into actuality through geometric phase-locking.
