Abstract: Building on the 240‑root E8 lattice and the 132 Hz base frequency, this principle shows that conscious "yes" intention preferentially amplifies those root vectors whose projection onto the fundamental frequency yields phi‑scaled harmonic ratios (≈1.618). The phi coupling creates a self‑similar cascade of resonant modes across the Weyl group orbits, collapsing the quantum potential into a deterministic subset of roots that correspond to observable macroscopic states.
