Analog and Digital Switching in Titania Nanotube‑based Memristors

Abstract: This study demonstrates analog and digital switching in Au/TiO2/Ti memristors based on amorphous nanotubes. The devices emulate synaptic plasticity via Schottky barrier modulation. Findings highlight their potential for energy-efficient neuromorphic systems and non-volatile memory applications.
