Abstract: We publish the foundational axioms of the Ouroboros Matryoshka framework formalized in the Lean 4 proof assistant. The compiler confirms the theorem that multiplicative propagation strictly converges all integers to the equilibrium anchor.Formal Verification & Source Code: The rigorous Lean 4 proofs and framework codebase are open-source and available at the Ouroboros GitHub Repository.
